Lenette Kosovich, RN – is a Master Consultant and Coach and Adjunct Faculty Member with FutureSYNC International. She brings over 20 years of senior management experience in healthcare administration to FutureSYNC International. She is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. In addition to her role at FutureSYNC International, she is currently the CEO of Rimrock, the leader in addiction treatment in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Her previous work experience includes serving as the Regional Director of Employer-Based Primary Care Clinics for a Third Party Administrator and as Director of Human Resources with a major Montana healthcare system.
Lenette, in partnership with Wendy Samson, President and Founder of FutureSYNC International, answered the need for the development of a program to build leadership capacity among physicians in Montana. The Montana Medical Association partnered with FutureSYNC International to develop the core curriculum. The response has been overwhelmingly positive from physicians who have attended and are who are currently enrolled in the leadership program.
Lenette is also a Senior Advisor for the Rocky Mountain Center for Women in Leadership, an extensive, two-year development process directed at growing female executives. The Rocky Mountain Center for Women in Leadership is a division of FutureSYNC International with an expected launch date slated for 2015.
Lenette’s commitment to learning is kept active through her teaching in the Healthcare Administration Program at Montana State University—Billings.
